Dr. T’s way of doing strikethrough is geekalicious, but mine’s easier.

Edit: Sorry, I wasn’t trying to be cryptic, I’d just been playing with the code and was sort of immersed in it. When I woke up this morning, I realized not everyone is going to know about viewing page source to see what’s going on. I used


Dr T. did it in his post with the Unicode combining diacritic “long stroke overlay” The easiest way to enter that sort of Unicode character is open the Character Map accessory and select the character you want and then hit the “Copy” button and then go to your post and use CTRL+V to paste the characters between each letter. The cool thing about the Unicode method is that it will render pretty much anywhere, no matter what (even in “plain text” editors like Notepad). My method is straight up HTML.
