I’m thinking about turning on the comments feature again on the Harmless Drudge. Comments are a really vital part of the blogosphere and I’d like to have them, but I turned them off because the signal-to-noise ratio was so low. But the total volume of comments was never very large, and I’ve got a much better handle on cutting off the spammers sooner. So I’m thinking of giving it another go.

If I do it, I’ll probably turn them on after Xmas. I don’t want to turn it on and then leave for the holidays and have to manage a debacle from on the road.
