Hello. I’m the creator of the Old English and Old Norse Keyboard layout mentioned on this site (http://www.wordorigins.org/downloads/OELetters.doc).

I wanted to let you all know that I’m currently updating those keyboards to include additional characters, including the Tironian ond/et (the current ‘7 doesn’t really produce a Tironian ond/et), the various puncti, and other symbols useful for Old English scholars. I’ll let you know when they are finished. (The originals are still available at http://megse.unm.edu/research/internal/keyboards.html).
