ROFL, that’s quite a good list, especially planking, bunga bunga and brony.

But what is a narb, FOMO, and deather?

Narb: NARrative Bit.  A snippet of personal information about your life that you’re willing to share with others.

FOMO: Fear Of Missing Out.

Deather:  One who doesn’t believe the official story of the killing of Osama bin Laden.

They’re all in the article.

Late entrant: the verb Tebow,ie to go into the position that player adopts after a touchdown, etc. Seems to be everywhere at present, for example:

High schoolers suspended for Tebowing

We shall see whether it has legs.

Presumably if it does have legs, they’ll be in the “semi-kneeling” position.

Here’s a new one:  Tebowing. It’s named after Denver Broncos’ quarterback Tim Tebow who goes down on one knee in a prayer pose after a touchdown.  Apparently it’s gone viral and people are posting their own photos on the internet, sort of like planking.

Edit: never mind; didn’t notice aldi’s post from yesterday.

The term is certainly not new, but “debt ceiling” was tossed around a lot in the US this year.

I keep seeing Decycling this year for the first time, although opinion seems to be divided as to actual meaning, they are all roughly in the same area.
