This catchy buzzword appears to have taken off quite well. (There seems a bit of redundancy there: if a word isn’t catchy or doesn’t take off well, is it even a buzzword?)
A glasshole is someone who behaves like an asshole with respect to their use of Google Glass.
In spoken form, it works okay for southern British and for Australian English, because we say /glɑːs/ and /ɑːshəʊl/. A bit less satisfying when written. I suppose we could say glarsehole.
