Let’s see if this link works.  Smurfing as a crime.

It doesn’t.  This board’s software is changing the HTML characters for open and close parens to it’s own language Maybe that this is our very own “appleton” issue.  And it changes it even when placing them in the code brackets.  The percent sign followed by the number 28 is turned into ampersand, pound, the letter x and the number 28.

This was pointed out by Happydog but I thought I’d test it.
