I occasionally use fascist in the sense that flynn999 mentions, partly because I don’t like using Nazi in a humorous context.

Much more often I refer to police, as in fashion police or grammar police, but I think that carries an implication of a self-appointed group out to impose their way for the public good, which is a sense that Nazi may not carry in the same way.
